Delete your Chalk Golf account

In the app

1. Open Chalk Golf and tap the settings icon on Home.
2. Go to Account and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@chalkgolfapp.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile and every round, shot, note, practice session, course note, scorecard photo, Ball Tracer and Swing Studio video, and event wall post. We keep only the limited records the law requires, such as purchase records, as set out in our privacy policy.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Chalk Golf Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store subscription settings.
