Scramble rules & scoring

Team · 4+ (even) players

Both hit · best ball chosenTeam 3 · Sam's putt
Example

A scramble gives the pair a fresh choice after each shot. Both players hit, choose the preferred ball and both play the next shot from that spot until the hole is finished.

  3. 03Both play from there; repeat

How scoring works

Count each chosen team stroke once. If either player's second putt goes in, the team score is the number of strokes used to reach that holed ball. Repeat this selection process on every hole; the lower team total wins.

Both players hit at each stage, but the team records a 3 on the hole.
